Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance & Reporting: Assist in review of federal, state, and local tax returns, including corporate income tax, deferred tax and indirect tax across jurisdictions. Ensure timely filing and accurate payment of all tax obligations. Support quarterly and annual provision calculations under US GAAP & Local GAAP. Support tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• Tax Planning & Strategy: Assist in identifying tax‑saving opportunities and developing strategies to optimise the company’s effective tax rate. Keep abreast of the latest tax developments and impact of new tax laws, regulations and rulings and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Handle and manage application of tax incentives.
