Senior Tax Analyst (Income Tax)

**This role requires candidates to be onsite 5-days per week (M-F) at our Rosemont, IL Headquarters**
Position Responsibilities :

+ Support tax planning projects including analysis, documentation, and presentation of conclusions.

+ Develop relationships with business leaders for the assigned business unit and identify tax planning opportunities and risk mitigation

+ Liaise with outside accountants in the filing of federal, state and international tax returns

+ Support and implement process and technology improvement initiatives within the Tax Department

+ Assist with federal, state and local tax audits including performing tax research, summarizing data and drafting audit responses

+ Lead efforts for preparation of federal and state income and franchise tax returns, extensions and estimated tax payments, including analyzing book to tax differences and review of returns and vouchers
