Senior Talent Partner (GTM), 6-Month Contract (Embedded)
Ryzon is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to embed with one of our high-growth B2B AI tech clients. They're scaling aggressively across GTM following a recent funding round, and need a hiring leader who can move fast without dropping the bar.
Reporting to the Head of Talent and working closely with the CRO, VP of Customer Success and Sales Directors to build high-performing teams at pace, while keeping quality and candidate experience high.
What you'll be doing
- End-to-end hiring for sales roles including business development, customer success and some back office across NYC and the US.
- Partner directly with the CRO and hiring manager to define role scope, scorecards, and hiring plans
