New York, NYThe Senior Talent Director plays a critical, high-impact leadership role within TTG Commercial. This individual acts as a core strategic partner to sales, marketing, and creative teams across all Condé Nast properties, driving revenue growth by leading client pitches, managing high-level client and talent relationships, and securing talent for commercial projects. Operating with a high degree of confidence and autonomy, the Senior Talent Director will solve complex problems, manage a heavy workload, and oversee high-scale talent deals. 

Overview/Primary Responsibilities:
Serves as a lead point of contact and liaison between TTG Commercial, Sales/Marketing, Creative, Legal and Finance team(s)
Source, cast and book talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns, advertising programs, white label campaigns and UGC programming
