At Konecta, we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team.

What we're looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally within high volume or fast paced environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, organised and results driven mindset

Experience with sourcing, interviewing and managing recruitment processes

Fluent English (mandatory)

Additional languages are a strong advantage

What you'll do:

• Manage end to end recruitment processes

• Source and attract top talent across different channels
