Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Handle job postings across multiple platforms and ensure strong employer branding
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
