Job Description
Lead the advancement of urban rail systems with WSP as a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer in the Greater Toronto Area. This pivotal role involves managing complex requirements in essential rail extension projects.
WSP is looking for a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer with at least 8 years in transit or rail and 5 years in Systems Engineering. You will be responsible for driving requirements management and collaborating with various engineering teams, ensuring project milestones are met. Mentorship of junior engineers is part of your key contributions during the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements management activities across project teams
• Administer the IBM DOORS Next Generation repository
• Trace requirements through various engineering phases
