About the Role
Leonardo Electronics US Inc. is seeking a hands-on Sr. Systems Engineer to manage network and cloud infrastructure for a growing defense technology company operating across 2-3 sites in Tucson, AZ. You'll be the go-to technical expert for our Cisco Meraki environment and Microsoft Azure GCC High tenant - two domains you'll own end-to-end, not just support. If you're the kind of engineer who prefers accountability and breadth over narrow specialization, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Network Infrastructure
Own the full Cisco Meraki environment (MX, MS, MR) - firewall rules, VPN, VLAN segmentation, SD-WAN, wireless, and IDS/IPS - and serve as the organization's Meraki SME.
Manage DNS, DHCP, and internet circuit providers; maintain ISP relationships, circuit diversity, and failover to keep the business running.
