Purpose

The Canadian Banking Products Engineering team is looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst, to play a critical role in being the liaison between the business stakeholders and the technology development teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and technology landscape, maintaining a holistic view on the domain’s current and future system needs.
• Document technical specifications clearly, accurately and thoroughly for system changes and/or process changes.
• Ensure sign‑off and completeness of technical requirements and specifications from both technology and business owners.
• Investigate and resolve incidents independently and escales complex issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts on both technology and business areas.
