Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions by translating business needs into functional and testable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Work closely with Solution Architects and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify process or system improvement opportunities
- Facilitate discussions and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Develop test cases, test data, and support functional testing activities
- Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare project documentation such as BRDs and Functional Specifications
