Senior Systems Administrator (Onsite Help Desk Role)

The candidate should have proven 4+ years of working experience in managing complete IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, SAN & Network Switches, etc.) at a customer location.

Hands‑on Skills Required

• On Servers (Lenovo/IBM /HP/Dell Servers etc.); Storage (IBM/Dell EMC/NetApp etc.); SAN Switches(Brocade/Cisco etc.); Virtualization(VMware or similar hypervisors like MS-Hyper-V & KVM); Network Switches (Cisco/Juniper/Extreme/Aruba etc.).
• On commissioning & decommissioning of the IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network Equipment).
• On Microsoft AD (Active Directory); Group policy, DFS, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS(6.0, 7.0, 8.0) is a must.
• On the Deployment, Administration & Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Servers (2003/2008/2012/2016/2019, etc.) & Linux Operating Systems (CENT/UBUNTU, etc).
• On Network Monitoring & IT Asset Management Tools like Solar Winds/Manage Engine/Paessler/Open Source etc.
