Job Description
This is a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3/4) is an architect-level strategic role acting as the ultimate technical authority for core platforms, cloud infrastructure, and system advanced engineering. The primary goal is ensuring IT infrastructure operational resilience across multiple technology domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Apps, Collaboration). This role acts as the final tier of escalation (4th line support) for complex, cross-platform incidents, while defining multi-year system strategies and automation standards
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Strategy: Define multi-year cloud infrastructure roadmaps; design fault-tolerant SRE patterns, automated failover, and Disaster Recovery (DR); manage multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters.
- Escalation & SLA Management: Act as the ultimate escalation tier for complex, cross-platform incidents failing L3 resolution; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) ...
