Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex troubleshooting and escalation resolution
Act as primary consultant on implementations and upgrades
Define and validate business process design and solution architecture
Develop advanced and custom SYSPRO solutions
Drive GAP analysis and solution alignment across business functions
Oversee project delivery quality and technical governance
Mentor and guide junior and intermediate consultants
Engage with stakeholders at management level
Identify optimisation and revenue opportunities (new modules, improvements)
Requirements:
5+ years SYSPRO consulting experience/similar, configuration and architecture
Deep ERP and business process knowledge and proven track record of delivering full lifecycle implementations
Strong client engagement and commercial awareness
Strong SQL (design, optimisation, troubleshooting)
Integration design (e.Net, APIs, third-party systems)
