KAN ry is seeking a skilled and development-oriented senior supervisor for Kan‑Koti in Päijät‑Häme. The position begins as a fixed-term contract with the goal of permanent employment. Kan‑Koti offers supported housing for individuals recovering from substance abuse and mental health issues, as well as for clients under criminal sanctions. Daily life is built on community, safety, and a work approach that supports rehabilitation. The unit is located in a natural environment near Heinola, on the shores of Ala‑Pajujärvi in Lus.
