Policies Processes and Procedures

Implement approved departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of the Environment department ensuring that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are adhered to while delivering a quality cost‑effective service in a consistent manner.

Day-to-Day Operations

Supervise the implementation of day-to-day operations assigned to the Environment department to ensure they comply with established policies, processes and procedures.

Investigation and Reporting

Supervise the effective implementation of the incident investigation process and undertake, as necessary, investigations and reporting of Environment incidents in conjunction with appropriate agencies where required in a timely and correct manner and make recommendations based on the outcome of such incidents.
