Location and Job Details

Permanent position in the Structures Department at our Derby office.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking technical drawing work in 2D and 3D on major infrastructure projects.
• Producing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete.
• Managing workload on numerous projects to ensure deadlines are met and client requirements are fulfilled.
• Taking a lead role in larger schemes to plan work and delegate to other Technicians within the Department.
• Mentoring Junior Technicians.
• Liaising with Clients and external design teams on a daily basis.
• Contributing and taking an active role in the improvement of Company and Drawing Office procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good all‑round technical drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials.
