Senior Structural Engineer

We are looking for a permanent full‑time Senior Structural Engineer to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position will be reporting to the Structural Discipline Lead. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.

The Senior Structural Engineer plays a key role in delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across heavy industrial, mining, and related project environments. This position is responsible for leading structural design activities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards, supporting project execution, and providing technical mentorship within the structural discipline. The role requires strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in both office and field settings.
