Guide and support junior designers through mentoring, technical coaching, and design reviewsPrepare and verify structural calculations in accordance with Eurocodes and Finnish national standardsPerform and support 3D modeling as part of the design and coordination processReview and validate calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistencyEnsure designs meet applicable regulations, standards, and client requirementsCoordinate and review the structural design and deliverables towards local finnish client and contractor demandsTake responsibility for the quality of structural designs and deliverablesAbility to coordinate and drive issues to the end by proactive communication with other engineersQualifications
