Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of structural design projects, preparing high-quality documentation using approved software and ensuring compliance with Orion Group standards and processes.
- Apply advanced engineering judgement, creativity and foresight to proactively identify, manage and resolve complex design challenges.
- Coordinate and mentor engineers and drafters, providing technical leadership, quality oversight and guidance to support team capability and career development.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including liaison with consultants and authorities, while overseeing inspections, reporting and certification requirements.
