Sitting within the Technology function, the role leads structured discovery and analysis by applying a combined lens of financial, technological, and user‑centric understanding. The role is accountable for producing decision‑grade outputs: clear problem statements, options appraisals, feasibility studies, decision trees, risk/fault‑tree analysis, business cases, and adoption considerations, so leadership can confidently prioritise.
