Senior Stakeholder Engineer

Khatib & Alami is looking for an experienced Senior Stakeholder Engineer with a strong design engineering background in major highways and civil infrastructure projects . This role is ideal for a candidate who has worked within an international engineering consultancy and has hands‑on experience coordinating stakeholder requirements throughout the design lifecycle.

The successful candidate will act as the key interface between the design team, clients, government authorities, and utility agencies, ensuring that all stakeholder requirements are incorporated into the project design while maintaining compliance with project schedules and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management activities for major highways and infrastructure design projects.
• Coordinate with Dubai government authorities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies to obtain design approvals, NOCs, and technical clearances.
