There is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Staff Nurse role within the established Ward 111 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, monitoring, and evaluating high standards of patient care, while actively contributing to the development and implementation of innovative clinical and administrative practices to further enhance the excellent service currently provided.
The post holder will work across both day and night shifts, undertaking a key leadership role within the team. They will act as a visible role model, be a good communicator, provide guidance, support, and supervision to junior staff. The post holder will have completed tracheostomy competencies and completed the National Tracheostomy Safety Project E‑learning to ensure that they can manage the care of an airway.
