Job summary
Care of Older Adult/ Orthogeriatric- Elm. An exciting opportunity has arisen for 1 band 6 , 37.5 hours per week. We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking; self-motivated individual to join our Elm Ward senior nursing team. The successful candidates will have responsibility for providing leadership to the team ensuring that care standards are monitored and maintained at the highest level as well as working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide a quality service for patients. As a Charge nurse/ Ward Sister you will have proven organizational and management skills and will be able to motivate and effectively lead the ward team in delivering high quality care to our patients. You will be a clinical role model and have a willingness to develop the team as well as your own professional growth.
