Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior SQL Server DBA to own reliability, performance, and recoverability of business-critical database environments - production stability is the top priority. 
What you’ll do: Own operation, performance, and recoverability of SQL Server environments 
Maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures 
Diagnose performance issues: query tuning, indexing, locking, blocking 
Review schema changes and migrations with engineering before deployment 
Lead root cause analysis for database-related incidents 
What you’ll need: 5+ years as a DBA or database engineer in production environments 
Strong hands-on Microsoft SQL Server expertise 
Performance tuning, execution plans, and capacity planning skills 
HA/DR experience: AlwaysOn Availability Groups, replication, log shipping 
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Git-based workflows
