Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (6-month contract)

What you’ll be doing

• Lead end‑to‑end hiring for Marketing, Merchandising and other critical business functions across international markets. Own workforce planning, search strategy, stakeholder alignment, and offer execution.
• Partner closely with senior leaders to define role scope, raise the bar on talent, and build hiring strategies aligned to aggressive growth targets.
• Build and proactively manage global pipelines for high‑impact marketing and growth talent using advanced sourcing, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
