Senior Specialist - Payroll & Engagement

The Senior Specialist – Payroll & Engagement is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of e7 Group's payroll operations while driving employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and the employee experience. The role ensures full compliance with UAE labor and WPS regulations, manages end-to-end payroll cycles across all Group entities, and partners with HR leadership to design and deliver engagement programs that reinforce e7 Group's values and people priorities.

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for all e7 Group entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant disbursement of salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and final settlements.
• Ensure full compliance with the UAE Wages Protection System (WPS), labor law, and internal HR policies, including timely submission of SIF files and bank coordination.
