Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To manage & execute Order book of various customers / channels by ensuring sales demand are fulfilled on time and in full delivery of sales orders. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure on time execution of customer deliveries against commercial requirement.Preparing reports in order to manage and create visibility of the Order book .Assuming responsibility of matching supply (purchases) and demand (sales orders) in accordance with defined priorities.Manage Seasonal delivery plan & ensure order book is executed accordingly.Coordinate and execute the release of key Launches & Campaigns with Marketing Organization and ensure on time deliveries to the customersCoordinate with warehouse to resolve issue on picking notes & deliveries.Maintain the order book to reflect the latest range and master data changes.Analysis...
