About the role

The Senior Specialist, Impact & Reporting serves as the critical anchor for data workstreams within the Science & Impact (S&I) team, coordinating daily project-to-S&I data workflows. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and timely collection, validation, and reporting of data across both offsetting and insetting projects, encompassing carbon, biodiversity, community, social, and project implementation reporting requirements.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Specialist manages end-to-end data pipelines from field teams, executes advanced QA/QC protocols, and ensures data readiness for carbon accounting and formal verification.
