**Description**

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of experience leading the planning and execution of medium to large scale events, including vendor management, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and the design of engaging event experiences.
+ Up to 40% travel as needed
+ Event planning and management experience
+ Project Management
+ Stakeholder Engagement
+ Time Management
+ Relationship Management with internal and external stakeholders and vendor management
