The Senior Specialist – Contracts & KPI is responsible for supporting the management of supplier performance, contractual compliance, and operational KPI monitoring across facilities management services within a large-scale, complex operational environment. The role acts as a key point of expertise in performance analytics, contract compliance, and reporting, ensuring accurate data management, robust KPI tracking, and effective performance monitoring across the FM supply chain within a 24/7 environment.
