Senior Specialist, Business Development (Toronto)

Role Overview

We are looking to fill an existing vacancy for a Senior Specialist, Business Development to join our team in Toronto. This is a partner-facing, execution-focused role with a primary emphasis on pitches, proposals and RFP responses. Working closely with lawyers and BD Managers, the Senior Specialist will play a central role in developing compelling, client-centric materials that win work, while also supporting targeted business development initiatives and maintaining the firm’s core marketing assets. This role is ideal for a strong writer and project manager who thrives under pressure, brings sound judgment and is motivated by contributing directly to revenue generation.
