Senior Solicitor / Senior Associate – Construction (Transactional and Advisory)

This role is based in Auckland and works as part of the front‑end construction advisory team, engaging in front‑end advisory and transactional work on major national infrastructure, energy, transport and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing front‑end advisory and transactional legal services to large infrastructure programmes.
• Collaborating with senior partners and senior lawyers on high‑value projects to deliver practical results.
• Taking direct client exposure and shaping key stages of projects.
• Mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate lawyers.
• Participating in cross‑functional work and contributing to back‑end dispute resolution as needed.
