Their solutions involving GSM, LTE, UMTS, RF/DAS, GPS, embedded IoT technology, AI, and applications support their commercial and private customers. They are hiring a Senior Software Support Engineer to provide technical support to internal developers and engineers, software customers, and other end-users.

The Senior Software Support Engineer conducts real-world testing and post-processing data analysis as part of the customer support workflow. This engineer supports troubleshooting and design/implementation efforts to resolve technical issues. With the support of a large team of engineers and product managers, this person will provide critical product feedback on industry-disrupting wireline and wireless solutions.
