Senior Software Engineer (Web)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Web) to build and enhance robust web systems that support Weather Information Dissemination. This role involves working on complex enterprise systems, improving engineering practices such as CI/CD and SRE , and partnering closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-impact digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with software engineers and cross-functional teams to understand development delivery and system resiliency objectives.
• Assess existing technical landscapes, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement areas.
• Recommend suitable engineering practices such as CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to improve system performance and delivery efficiency.
