At Ashby, you’ll own large portions of our product, drive end‑to‑end projects, write specs, make wireframes, and deliver high‑quality software that improves talent‑acquisition workflows.
Responsibilities
Own and ship features end‑to‑end, from research and wireframing to implementation and release.
Research competitors, write product specifications, and design user interfaces that fit customer needs.
Build core engineering components such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and seamless sign‑off workflows.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate high‑level requirements into reliable code.
