Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Develops, tests, and maintains software according to company coding standards, processes, testing, risk analysis, and metrics creation

Utilizes customer feedback and input to guide their work and provide value in outcomes

Works with Engineering Leadership & Product Management to translate requirements into engineering specifications and plans

Participates in backlog grooming sessions, actively provides feedback and input

Participates in test planning and collaborates with QA Engineers

Capable of debugging and resolving increasingly complex issues

Develops with a quality mindset, understanding the importance and impact of leaked defects. Focuses on testable code, writing unit and integration tests

Collaborates with others to receive and deliver code reviews to ensure quality, alignment, and process is followed
