What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will work as a senior social worker, tackling a small but complex caseload while also supervising a dedicated group of staff within a large, dynamic team led by the operational manager. Risk management and safeguarding, including children’s safeguarding where relevant, will be at the heart of your responsibilities. You’ll develop expertise in these critical areas and become a trusted advisor to your colleagues.
