Senior Social Worker – Disability & Family Support

Rainbow Center in Singapore seeks a qualified Social Worker to uncover and enable the strengths of persons with disabilities and their families through person-centred planning and supports them in pursuit of a Good Life.

You will coordinate care, provide counselling, crisis intervention and work with families and community partners to strengthen the circles of care around our clients. A Bachelor or Master’s in Social Work is required, with SASW accreditation as a plus.
