Senior SOC Team Lead – Hands-on Mentorship & Growth

ITHR is seeking a SOC Team Lead for its Managed Security Services – SOC in the UAE. You will lead a team of SOC analysts (L1/L2/L3), own detection and response quality across monitored environments, and act as the primary escalation point for major incidents.

You will drive detection engineering, playbook maturity, and SIEM coverage while coordinating with DFIR, delivery, and account teams to deliver secure outcomes for clients.
