Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

PURPOSE OF POSITION

We are seeking a Senior Site Quantity Surveyor to support the Site Construction Management Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of progress reporting provided by Implementation Contractors in line with approved procedures. The successful candidate will assist in validating contractor progress and variation claims, as well as drive quantity and productivity analysis to enable reliable forecasting and effective change management.

The position will either be site based or office based in the client’s organisation dependant on the project requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION

1. Routine update and validation of the Contractors’ quantities, direct workhours and approved schedule and in accordance with the Project Contractor Planning, progress and reporting specification.
