Residential Site Manager – North Devon
£65,000 - £75,000 + Comprehensive Package
A well‑established and growing residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the business and take responsibility for the delivery of a new affordable housing development in North Devon .
The initial project consists of approximately 30 housing association units , with the successful candidate joining the scheme prior to the Principal Contractor role being transferred from the groundworks contractor. This presents an excellent opportunity to become involved at an early stage, helping to shape the construction programme, manage the transition process, and lead the project through to successful completion.
