Senior SiC Crystal Growth Equipment & Facilities Engineer

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore seeks a Senior Equipment and Facilities Engineer to join the silicon carbide crystal growth team. The successful candidate will maintain crystal growth tools and ensure high tool uptime.

This role will involve troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with external vendors and process engineers. A diploma in Electrical Engineering or Physics and 5-10 years in semiconductor fabrication are required.
