Senior SHERQ & Compliance Manager

Techbridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced SHERQ Manager to lead safety, health, environment and quality across multi-site operations in warehousing and logistics. You will ensure compliance with South African OHS legislation and ISO standards, drive audits (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001) and manage contractor compliance, reporting to senior stakeholders. This role requires 5–7 years of SHERQ leadership with strong reporting and driving continuous improvement.
