We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :
- Optimize monitoring and alerting (thresholds, noise reduction, environment-based design, trend analysis)
- Manage event ingestion, correlation, and alert handling in ServiceNow ITOM
- Design and enable automation workflows and remediation solutions
- Leverage Nexthink for endpoint monitoring and proactive issue detection
- Analyze incident and request data to identify trends and key service drivers
