Senior ServiceNow IT Consultant | ITSM/ITOM/ITAM

Cognizant is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant in Campo de la Cruz, Colombia. This role will involve implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM solutions to optimize IT operations. You will be a key member of the Travel & Hospitality team and collaborate in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ServiceNow and IT infrastructure management, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills. This position requires flexibility, with 2-3 days a week in the office to ensure effective operations.
