Senior Service Engineer - Telecom

Opportunity

As a Senior Service Engineer, you are responsible for executing SLA Programs, Retrofit Upgradations, Extensions and Modifications of Control and Protection systems for assignments classified as medium or high complexity. Manage completion of all site activities efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Proficient in handling Telecom SDH Multiplexer, PDH Multiplexer, Wireless Router/Bridges, Switches, Routers, PABX Systems, Network Management Products.
• Works as a Telecom engineer in PDH, SDH, Ethernet, MPLS‑TP technologies, with tendering team to understand end client’s specifications/practices related to telecommunication products and propose a technical solution meeting the requirements.
• Advise clients on maintenance and upgradation of existing installed base.
