SENIOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
• Diagnose issues and carry out necessary repairs on the equipment.
• Ensure the performance and compliance of devices according to quality and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support to users (clinics, practices, hospitals) and train them on the use and maintenance of equipment.
• Respond to technical inquiries and ensure quick and professional follow-up.
• Contribute to the set‑up and organization of the technical service in the opening of the office and ensure autonomous management of technical activities in the territory.
• Identify client needs and contribute to improving user experience.

Qualifications & Education

• Technical education in electronics, biomedical, mechanical, or equivalent.
• 5‑10 years of experience in maintenance of medical devices.
