Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets.
- Provide escort duty for money transfers to the General Cashier’s office or bank as required.
- Be responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and establishment needs.
- Maintain a 24‑hour surveillance of areas frequented by guests and all work areas.
- Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise a superior of the same.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the property layout, design, entry and exit points.
- Make way by escorting VIPs and dignitaries when directed and direct traffic away from the Lobby and other busy thoroughfares.
- Maintain the security system.
- Monitor staff clock‑in and clock‑out times.
