Senior SEC Reporting Specialist — 10-Q/10-K Expert

Murkez Technologies seeks a meticulous Senior SEC Reporting Specialist who will own the preparation and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K for U.S.-listed entities. You will ensure filings comply with U.S. GAAP, coordinate with auditors, and support SOX controls.
