Senior Scrum Master
Colombia – Medellin – Hybrid – Office – Remote
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an event management project from USA.
Requirements
- 7 years of leading projects in Agile environment
- Agile coaching, Agile transformation, Agile evangelist
- Experience in transformations from Waterfall to Agile
- Experience with the clients from the United States
- Flexibility and proactive attitude to work
- Upper Intermediate English level and higher (both verbal and written communication skills)
Responsibilities
- Agile Enablement: Embedding agile practices within the organization, coaching teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
